	A Dirty Job Author: Christopher Moore	"Until he became Death, he'd never felt so alive." Funny, quirkybook. I loved all the characters. I forgive Moore for its predictable ending because I was quite entertained all the way through.

	Life of Pi Author: Yann Martel	Fascinating story, wonderful imagery, a truly inspired work of fiction. My new all time favorite book.

	Michelangelo and the Pope's Ceiling Author: Ross King	Depicts the story of Michelangelo painting the Sistine Chapel. Might have been a dull tale if M knew how to paint frescos, wanted to paint frescos, didn't have a crazy family and artist rivals... Good stuff.

	No Way to Treat a First Lady Author: Christopher Buckley	I love anything written by Christopher Buckley. Clever and liberal, just like I like it. Sidenote: I saw his much less liberal dad walking through the Redwest cafeteria at Microsoft once. He looked... unamused.

	The Last Time They Met Author: Anita Shreve	Two poets in love, a tryst in Africa, reunited in their 50’s anda remarkable ending that makes you want to read it all over again – what more could you ask for in a novel?

	What Really Matters: Searching for Wisdom in America Author: Tony Schwartz	"Schwartz's account of the four years he spent exploring different aspects of the human potential movement." Well researched and written - an interesting read.
